Nadine is a Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist and Strength and Conditioning coach, having graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy, and from La Trobe University with a Graduate Certificate and Masters in Sports Physiotherapy. Nadine has spent many years working in clinics across Western Sydney and has experience working in both Australia and the UK in the sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy fields.

Nadine has extensive experience working with sporting teams, including Sydney FC W-League Football team, Hockey NSW and Gymnastics NSW state teams, Men’s NSW Netball team, Parramatta Two Blues Rugby Union, the Australian Water-Ski team, local netball clubs, junior and senior rugby league, and she works with competitive swimmers on a regular basis.

Nadine has a passion for working with sporting injuries in particular. Her areas of interest include injuries to the foot and ankle, sporting knee injuries, thoracic spine pain, swimming and running related injuries.

Physiotherapist, Paediatrics

Amy completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science at the Australian Catholic University, followed by a Masters of Physiotherapy at The University of Sydney. She has spent 13 years working in various private practice, community and hospital roles.

Amy has experience working with a variety of sporting teams, including the Western Sydney Wanderers W-League Football team and the Australian Water Skiing team, as well as local Aussie Rules, Netball, and Rugby Union teams.

For the past 6 years, Amy has focused on the area of paediatrics, and since 2016 has been working at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead. She is currently a Senior Physiotherapist in Orthopaedics, as well as in the Children’s Hospital Institute of Sports Medicine. She has also worked with the Acute Rehabilitation, Intensive Care, Burns and Musculoskeletal Outpatient teams. Amy has a passion for working with children, to help them achieve their full potential. This includes children of all abilities, with a range of developmental, neurological or orthopaedic concerns.
